Pathetic service I had ever seen I ordered the food and these fellows cancelled the order after 55 min and the expected time of delivery was 30-45 min. They just cancelled the order without intimating and on that the manager was showing the attitude as if I don't care you want the food u order it again it's not my fault it's app fault. And the reason for cancellation of whole order was just one item was not available among the order. This guy's will deliver the single rice atvur place when they don't have orders but know moment they get few orders in line they are incapable of handling it. And this is how they react. Better to give few rupees more but have the food on time. Or else we come across the jokers like this.

I've ordered one chicken Malian Tikki yesterday, usually your chicken
Malian Tikki was supposed to be white and very nice to taste but 15.5.18
chicken Malai Tikki was yellow and too much of black pepper used n was
completely wasted as my son used to love but on 15.5.18 he was very upset n
your app doesn't have any complaint lodge system and this is the only way
to let you know that your receipt keeps changing and there is no quality check before delivery. Request you to kindly look into this as I've tried
communicating but no help from your side. Very disappointed.

Pathetic service charging rs.30 for home delivery.... I generally used to order half tandoori chicken and asked for extra chutney, and they deny very time even that chutney they give with order is not sufficient with the half chicken. Kanjurmarg outlet guys Eben don't have courtesy for a regular customer. I don't want to order again. Idiots.
