Useful app but some products are upscaled. For example, BigC's red velvet muffins is only 21k/pack of 3 buying in store, but on the app they marked it 187k. Who in their sane mind would pay that much for 120gr of muffins?

Overpriced At first it was 100.000-min delivery order now they have increased it to 150,000. I am ok with 40k delivery fee but they never, ever deliver in 1hr. Always late. Uninstalling

Worst App I've ever used for a delivery App. There is no option to view the entire stores contents instead you have to search for things individually and if not entered exactly as Chop has uploaded them you won't find it. For instance, searching for an item in a store, I search say for Pink Himalayan fine salt in the Tops store which I know they have as I buy it every time from them, it doesn't show. I type in the Vietnamese word for salt, and it just comes up with iodated salt. Won't use again.

I can't get this app to download on my PC so ordering on my phone is a real pain! Also, they don't have half the items you order - no mention of it on the site, just 2 day after your order is processed, and you are wondering why it wasn't delivered, they tell you half the stuff isn't available.
