Very nice app allow me to make all services I need and receive or pay to any wallet, but it doesn't send money to my bank account or to others. I ask if can I connect it to InstaCal or at least send money to my cib account to avoid going to bank and make money withdrawal then I put money in the 🏧 ATM. Anyway it's very good app I like and like the CIB bank so, so much.

I have been using this app for couple of years, and suddenly it's not opening, and I have uninstalled it and installed it again but still not opening which is very disappointing, and I was forced to use InstaCal and other replacements now although I'm 9 years CIB customer, and I had both Linked (CIB Debit account and CIB wallet) !! Update my Data Is sent as requested. Update I'm available for calls from 2 to 3 PM

I entered the right password so many times but the app keeps crashing and doesn't open, and I can't spend the money I have on my account, I even tried to change the password, but the same problem was still there

As everyone who's using an android here has been saying for months, THE APP DOESN'T WORK, IT CRASHES ON START UP, WE TRIED CALLING YOU, WE TRIED ALL THE STEPS YOU PROVIDED, AND AGAIN YOU WILL REPLY ASKING US TO E-MAIL YOU, WE TRIED ALL OF THAT, THE LAST UPDATE IS THE ISSUE. The worst application is just failure in all measures and the worst customer support they called me trying, and yet they couldn't just a cheap app they can't fix and crashing every time
