Not an intuitive app to use, driver needs to switch between pages to identify potential jobs. On more than one occasion jobs which have been offered and accepted by the driver, subsequently disappear leaving the driver uncertain if they still have it or not. On some occasions a subsequent job is offered after the previous offer was accepted, leaving the driver uncertain about which job, if any, is still allocated. Major failing is having no end o shift functionality, a basic in the taxi trade.

Doesn't connect to meter on first log in; heat map doesn't update unless manually refreshed; inconsistent behavior when a bid for a job is unsuccessful - sometimes you find out with a message but other times you get nothing back; jobs are spread across heat map, text list, upcoming and job pool so constantly having to move between screens; red notification dot doesn't extinguish when there are no longer any jobs in the pool.
