2 star because the maintenance service is so wanting. No transparency, the maintenance engineer is so cold and kind of arrogant. Been waiting for someone to fix our Ac in this heat for almost 18 hours and no one showed up. Repeated issues that cost us money coz each time they come, they charge us. We asked the so-called engineer to fix the issue so that it's not recurring but still the same. There is still alot to be done with patience team.

Nothing is good neither the app nor the service

No transparency. Cold. Maintenance team register complaints on their own will on behalf of tenant on the App without tenant request & issue charges. They charge double the actual amount & collect half of it from the tenant. Issue charges for the work they didn't do. Earlier, left us for 1 month without AC working in the master bedroom in peak summer.
