When I go to sign in the Disclaimer pops up, but there is no Accept button. Therefore, the app won't let me sign in. How am I supposed to sign in if there is no way to get past the Disclaimer?

Your most recent update has caused the app to no longer open. It immediately crashes, closes out as soon as you click it to open it. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled the app multiple times since your newest update. Please fix immediately. If your intent is to no longer keep this app, please notify users and the HOA so that it will no longer be advertised to make payments on it or to check our accounts on it. Thank you

Not good This app does not let you know when your payment has been submitted. So only hit submit button once or there will be duplicate transactions on your bank account.
