Well, actually, this app doesn't actually work for me - seems it can't "find" me ... BUT I really enjoy working with my clients - which come largely from PsyToday magazine's referral arm - & I use HIPAA-compliant apps* both for my sessions AND billing. So, as we psychologists say, I may be ambivalent about the app, but I'm OK with the service! * (HIPAA: federal law re national standards to protect sensitive patient health information).

My therapist emails me a link for the session, but it does not open in the app, and it won't let me copy and paste the link in the app. My sessions end up web based instead, and she has to send me a link each time.

Poor UX/UI. Camera PiP view and video view aren't in synch in landscape mode (video goes landscape, camera PiP stays in portrait). No way to test audio prior to therapist initiating session. Forced to use external speakers and mic. Won't work with BT earbuds. Two stars because it has only entirely frozen/crashed on us twice in eight sessions.

This app won't allow me to use my USB-C headphones. My session is on speakerphone for everybody to hear. I'm ditching the app and using the website on Chrome instead.

The sound and picture is very clear and well synced. My issue was I couldn't use my Bluetooth headphones for privacy. In looking through the permissions, I don't see Bluetooth as an option so adding that would be nice.

NOW therapist can't SEE when I'm waiting! Missed appt because of it! That sucks for me- you get that, right? App holds you hostage, booting you for flipping screens during wait; can't always tell you're kicked out, so you think you're in, but therapist thinks you have gone, playin w/ their $ just when they finna to take a gurlz trip to Boca. Use the browser version, it blows a bit less-so you ain't c-blockin your therapist's swerve game plans for Boca. To sum up: App stays c-blockin👎👎
