Once the app opens, and I get connected to a device, the app shuts down. If this company is going to have an app made to aid techs, then make sure it works. I have uninstalled the app multiple times with no chang. The app is useless.

Works ok when it works. But it crashes. ALOT. Also, why would you make the link stick Wi-Fi and not Bluetooth. Can't use the phone for anything else when connected to devices

Buggy app gets hung up a lot. Would be better than Bluetooth rather than Wi-Fi, so you don't lose internet connectivity while using.
