★★★★★ Great and easy to use. Loading money and set autoload is very easy

★★★★★ I found the app easy to navigate and reload for my transit needs.

★★★★★ The app is continually getting worse for me. Adding money to it takes at least 5 days and lately, it's not registering at all.

★★☆☆☆ App continues to not allow me to add money to Clipper account for transit use.

★★☆☆☆ Can't load passes onto my card. Previous ride activity won't load. The fact that you can't use a virtual card and a physical card at the same time is ridiculous. Screw Bart, screw clipper.

★★☆☆☆ Spent an hour and couldn't load either of my existing cards. Pretty poor experience if you can't get past the first step.

★★☆☆☆ Hard to load money. Need to wait days to use the balance. Had to buy a plastic card for $3 to get a ride anyway
