At first when updated in Google Play there were many pages that appeared blank or missing data and nonfunctional, for example, I could not set up auto reload or add a new payment card, or update security settings or profile information in the updated clipper app. The solution is to clear the app cache and data in Android apps management. Then load the app and login. The missing pages will then appear and function properly.

Faulty! I've been trapped without an attendant due to Clipper locking my Clipper card. I was also once locked out of my account for three months. I've had enough fare to the cent to pay and been forced by their machines to add more value, only for the app to share my correct login info in my face and lock me out of the account again. It could be a lot better. Not much worse.

Clipper is the most complicated payment application when using for public transportation. Basically if you don't have a plastic card don't bother using this app. You cannot purchase tickets, rides, or clipper cards on this app. I used to have a card but stopped using it because of the "clip off" issue. How many times it said that I did not clip off when I Departed the train, and I got charged like I'm going all the way to San Francisco when I'm only going to Santa Clara. Clipper has cost me a lot

When it works, it works well, but it's glitchy. I'm based on the peninsula, but it usually opens up the map in transit options in San Francisco. I have to jump through hoops to get directions on the peninsula.

App is slow, and I can't add value to my clipper card from app. Tried to add funds through customer service, but it just took the money from my card but didn't load it to my balance
