Most of their cars and drivers are OK. One driver didn't know where she was going, and tried to drop me off at the wrong location. One other driver showed up wasted.

I'm a part of MART to where you call in and make ur rides weekly or monthly but this setup is so weird bc now I have to pay for it out of my pocket which I never had to do before. In the 20 years I've been a part of MART. This is the most horrible system ever. And for what ever reason I don't qualify for that other type of service which is like a cab you pay for that out of pocket, but I know this. But it's like a quarter of the price of ur typical cab ride. I lost the name of this service.
