The service is great. Most of the bugs seemed to have been worked on. I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall but haven't had issues since. Would be much better if there was an online portal, as it's frustrating to get a good signal sometimes.

The app has problems, does not work well, is not dependable. The service is not very good, they have a shortage of actual doctors and instead staff with lessor trained persons who incorrectly call themselves "doctors".

Close-knit schedule an appointment with me for 2:40 this afternoon. I arrived at 2:38, and I was put into a waiting room where I waited for 1 hour 15 minutes waiting for my doctor to arrive... never came. Tried to chat with no response. Then called with no answer. This is a typical medical group that could not care any less about the patient. I have lost all respect for doctors in general. They all seem to value themselves over the rest of us.
