Booking is guest first. Airbnb guest last, support side with emotional hosts. Prices are the same. The only downside of booking: some new hosts don't pay attention and still show in search. So, be sure to use a host with reviews or send a message way in advance. Booking gives you the phone number of the host immediately. This is huge. Airbnb block direct communication, which leads to more disputes.

Easy to book but should allow you to also inform of pets while booking. No options to include pets on the website.

Really great for finding accommodation although be careful with Genius 'discounts'. My wife and I cross-check prices with me logged in, and her searching as a logged out guest, and the Genius price is sometimes higher. I guess dynamic pricing sometimes sees loyalty as weakness. There is always the option to use the app to find places but book directly with the accommodation if it is cheaper that way. I reiterate though that the app is great for finding places to stay and is often cheapest.

No customer service support if you get stuck with the wrong and unprofessional hotel booking, they will not refund or relocate, scam and most importantly you can't connect to them in hindi, they're operating in india and no hindi employees Totally disappointed

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The airline cancelled my flight, and I was offered an awful option with a night long layover that was not in my plans. Contacted them through email, no response. Through chat, and the attendant lied to me multiple times until finally disconnecting me and proceeding with a refund I did not ask. Booking was always a reference for accommodation, but after the worse experience with flight booking, I will never use their platform again.

Each time I have to copy a link to an apartment I have to tap send by email button, copy it from there, and discard the email message. Do you really think that it's a good UX not to let users just copy the link? This is ridiculous. I wonder how the decision, to make the share link functionality open a list of apps instead of copying the link, looked like. It's hard to express how frustrating the experience is
