Worked flawlessly in London and Paris. It is more accurate than Google Maps when it comes to tracking public transportation, at least from my experience.

Google Maps can't even get Lake Ontario correct. I'm done with them. As someone who doesn't drive and only takes public transit in the Bay Area, City mapper is perfect and does what I need.

I wanted to try this app as an alternative to Google Maps. However, it turns out that it uses Google Maps and it's clunkier. No point in using this app at all. Lake Ontario is not Lake America!

This app is designed to push people towards more costly routes by hiding others that are well established and displaying a more time-consuming alternative. As an example, I take a train from Fordham to White Plains and transfer to the hudsonlink to get to the exit 14 park and ride. Direct and cost-effective. The routes your app shows are either going south to midtown for a bus, or taking a beeline bus from jerome ave to White Plains. Why even have an app if you're just going to lie to people?

Sucks for there to be such a well-made transit app like this without any considerations to accessibility features. As far as I could tell, I couldn't find a setting to turn on wheelchair accessible routes, so I would be routed into subway stations with stairs. If there is a way to have wheelchair accessibility info, it isn't obvious or easy to find.
