I've only been using the App for about 30 min, and I'd have to say it is excellent. Not only do you get all options available to get you to your location, you also receive step-by-step directions, alerts when to get off on your stops and so much more. I will review again after I've had the opportunity to use it for the next couple of weeks.

Absolutely Amazing in Mainstream Cities, Better Than Google Maps, but in rural on any unmajor city It's not as effective, but I will say if your somewhere like London, Paris or Hong Kong, this is going to be an absolute gane changer

They stopped charging for the features useful for disabled people, so I guess that's a plus. Except now, they have ghost arrivals permanently showing. So you rush to the stop because the bus is 2 minutes away, but it's not. There is no bus, the live board at the stop has no bus. It stays on the City mapper app as a permanent 2 minutes away. I guess the developers just like to have a little fun.

In the past when one sent a bug report, you got a real response and commitment to fix the issue. Now, the app has not been giving real times in my city for days. I have sent 2 reports and no response. It seems now that they are monetized they don't care about users anymore. Pity because it's been my go-to app for years but now is useless

No offline map options, no point in using it. Might as well buy a physical map again the way these transit apps all just stopped offering and everything HAS to be ONLINE ONLY. Like ffs not everyone has data or can afford it
