This is such an amazing app, every new city I have gone to, I have used this and my navigation has become so easy. Well. Done team city mapper. Adding some prompts about how the transport work will even be great. For example, show hand to stop the bus, press the red stop button before your stop to indicate the driver. Tips like this can make it go next level.

City mapper was EXTREMELY helpful on my trip to New York City. This made it much easier to get around on the subway, including walking directions to and from the nearest stations, any required train transfers and which buses to take, if necessary. Gave accurate estimates as to when the next train or bus would arrive, too. Love this app!

Is it the MTA or the app? It no longer shows accurate times. The experience is frustrating to say the least. Update: I had to uninstall, if you're in New York, you'll be better off using Google Maps and since the MTA has gotten worse, find out the policy at your job regarding public transport

Garbage. Doesn't work between Liverpool & Aberdeen. Doesn't even work between Edinburgh & Aberdeen as it seems to think Aberdeen isn't in Scotland! Waste of time.

Such an unreliable horrible app. Says my is coming at quarter past 4 and when it is quarter past 4 it tells me the bus is in 30 mins. This is extremely inconvenient hence why it is a horrible map.

This was my favorite transit app, but now they shoved AI into directions where there was no need for it🤮. Absolutely disgusting! If the next version doesn't remove it or has options to turn it off, I will be uninstalling it! (Old review: 5 ⭐ My go-to app for public transit)
