I usually use this app only at a few select locations. The only problem I have is the map view doesn't correspond with the charger availability. Zoomed out it shows two of two stations available with the green circle around it but when I zoom in only one station is available.

App needs to have advanced station filters. Some examples: Stations available to public. Stations not require parking rate. Stations with minimum kwh. Stations with price below x per kwh. In addition, stations permanently closef should be removed from the map data

Absolutely useless Found a charger in a car park. Downloaded the app to try and use the charger. 15 minutes later I managed to register an account. Would not let me register a payment card. App stated no available chargers in the area, despite the fact I was standing right next to one

Charge point used to be my go-to for public DC charging if/when I needed it. They never charged these exorbitant 'authorization' fees like some of the other companies. Not only do they now place a $50 auth fee (that can take over a week to clear) on each attempted charge, but their stations and app routinely glitch. For example, I currently have two pending $50 charges on my card from attempting to use a station yesterday. The best part being, the station "declined" my card. Avoid this app.
