Doesn't list all stations. Our building has a station I use frequently. It is not listed, so one cannot see if both ports are in use or not. Even if non-public, allow seeing the stations you used for charging, so status can be found.

Aug 2026 Update: Back to 5 star. Still some stuff to work out but the main issues I have mentioned below all seems to be fixed given the last couple of weeks of using it. Good job! Keep it up! OLDer review: the new version constantly logs you out. The most frustrating moments was when I literally joined a wait list then when I go to accept it, I got logged out. The new app design was also functionally lacking information about the location of a chager inside a building

I've been a fan of Charge Point, I usually recommend them, more so for level 2 charging and level 3 charging as well. The pricing is pretty competitive for level 3 but overall better than what you can expect from Tesla, Electrify America, and EVGO as far as pricing throughout the state of California. However, their overall hardware throughout the state has shown noticeable deterioration overtime. The new $50 hold to charge is also unwelcomed and annoying. Same for the $70 autoreload charge???

Update: Now a new issue. I charge at work so should be exempt, and today it said $0.25 service fee n didn't link to my account (I.e. car is charging but not showing in my Charge Point app.) Original: Seriously, the recent updates are forcing to log in every time. Why can't it remember????????

Functionality Ruined, this update has broken the functionality I use it for. I charge at work, and it is critical that I know if a charger is available or when one becomes free. The app now lies about charging stalls being available, so I now can only rely on tedious manual checks. Also for my group of chargers notification of availability is completely missing. But hey it looks nicer, so it's a lovely looking worthless app.
