Great app! On More than one occasion I wasn't able to use the station particular app, but could get started through Charge Hub. Also, it seems my credit card is not being charged the $25 or $50 hold that other apps demand.

It works, most of the time. Unfortunately they recently added a rate your last charging session pop-up that is extremely annoying. Also, if you use it regularly be prepared to use an alternative payment source since the app will block you if you charge "too often." Really unless you need the app to locate free chargers there is no point in using it.

Might be my go-to charging app, but the developer is unable to fix the bugs. First, once a username is entered, it's impossible to enter all but the first letter of first and last names. Support said to delete the account and start over, but that requires entering the registered email address to confirm. That, TOO, allowed only the first letter of my email address, so I had to get support to delete the account. Life's too short to try again.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I've wasted so much energy driving to different ports that are all broken or gas cars are parked in front, so you can't charge. The most annoying part is once you report and issue with one of the charging port the app won't update it to notify it isn't working or that you can't park. Not to mention the activation fee every time you use the app as if they're not already getting paid. Do better about updating defeated charging ports.
