Biggest problem, the username and password are programmed the same. So autofill puts the username in both spots or the password in both spots, depending on where you put your cursor.

This app is essentially a glitch, every time you go to do anything on it, you either get an error message or it'll blink black, and you're right back at the beginning. I tried signing in again, hoping the app was fixed, but I kept getting the same message as before, invalid username and/or password, and I know I'm putting the correct information in. This app needs a complete overhaul if it's expected to help us patients.

The app needs work to fix a bug that you can't save the barcode. What is the purpose of entering the numbers and clicking generate? That is a waste of time because it doesn't let you save it. This is a Primary purpose for using the app and it fails miserably. Edit: so they finally fixed the bad code but every time they update the app it wipes out all your login info. This makes it a very useless app if I have to look it up every time to login. Why bother! Not every programmer gets an A.

No reminder of appointment 7 months after first appointment. Just received a bill for $50 for not remembering my appointment. I'm 63 years old, can barely remember what day it is. I'm on a fixed income too. The tests were very painful. I was not prepared to be stabbed 65 times on my back. Took weeks to stop hurting. The assistant wasn't gentle at all.

I love the doctor and shot nurse, but they are now just a phone tree where you can't just talk to someone. You might be routed to 3 people to just get a callback...then if you miss it you start all over with the phone tree and talk with 3 people agai. The office moved to is inaccessible, and I can't risk falling on the uneven 30 degree entry slope. Plan to go to a more accessible place where I can talk to an office vs. experience the phone tree service like I'd get at a credit card company.

The worst app. Doesn't stay logged in. It logs out by itself, and it's a pain to sign back in. I need to scan barcode every week and this stupid app logs me out. Absolutely worthless app
