Update: More reliable now. // Great app, horrible login. Constant logout, login only works 1 out of 10 times and app freezes after login. 5/5 if it had working login process. Example: Login successful, app doesn't recognize it and freezes. Login successful, "You were not automatically redirected when you signed up. Please click on the «Login»button to complete the process.", button doesn't work. Login successful, nothing happens after.

I tried to create a new label for a new consignment. I wasn't able to input the address since the street was "not found." Regrettably, it did not show any suggestions for alternative spellings of the street. I had to use the web interface from my computer to complete the process. Otherwise, great app.

Does everything I expect of it, plus a lot more without getting in my way *too* much, but it keeps asking me if I want to turn on ads and accept all sorts of tracking methods, and sometime recently enabled ads *without* my consent, despite me rejecting tracking on two different screens, and despite me being logged in this whole time. Please just store my preference on my logged in account, and respect my choice. Cheers. (removed a star for the nonconsentual opt-in in particular)

I would like to sincerely thank Swiss Post for their excellent service. My parcel arrived safely, and I truly appreciate the support I received throughout the process. The staff were very responsive, professional, and helpful, especially during a stressful situation with customs and delivery timing. The app used to work really well, but the new version is glitchy. Doesn't show details of consignments anymore, so you can't see the tracking into and managing delivery options. I am definitely logged in correctly, so it's not a user issue. Please fix this.

Since a while now the app doesn't recognize some of my shipments. While I get email and sms notifications from the post, these shipments do not automatically appear in the app. When I add the shipments manually, options for managing them (e.g. extend collection period) do not appear. I have called the Swiss post Hotline a few weeks ago and described the problem but no feedback nor resolution so far. I have tried logging in and out, cleaning the data and the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling.

Some parts work, avoid all financial transactions though. The app works OK to notify you of deliveries. None of the post office services seem to work reliably though, I always have to use my laptop for anything complicated. Every few months I forget this and try to but a web stamp with the app... it always fails with an error message (but still charges my credit card).

Please stop using Swiss Id. This service is broken and keeps bugging all the time. Use Internet standards instead. I'm currently unable to sign in on the swiss post app because swissid doesn't send the SMS verification code
