I've been using the App/Service for my business for nearly 3 years as being on my mobile it suits my business needs but in the last few months it's the tap to pay option keeps failing and even tho I clear cache, restart app and phone it continues to be unavailable, so I've had to sign up for a back-up which it's suitable as all my client data, account records and price lists are in the square App. Love it when I work. Contacted support team numerous times tap to pay issue still recurring,

The app is failing and every transaction, its give me an error, and I am loosing costumer that pay with tap card, please fix it, or we will find another app.

Ok I signed up for this app, got paid for a job, and they just took my money and won't respond. I spent two hours dealing with AI and finally a real person to tell me I have to sort it out through email with no response after 48hrs. I'll keep this updated. As of 6/11/26 the app has taken my money and said that I should reach again through social media or msg. They don't leave a number a smuggest that I should find a way to contact them once they have taken my money.
