★★★★★ Just everything about square to run my business is amazing. Currently building our website, and we are excited to launch. Square is literally making dreams come try for entrepreneurs that don't have a lot of start up.

★★★★★ Square has been good for my application, cost of some of the square equipment is high ($300 Bluetooth scanner!?...but I bought it anyway as I needed it, but half the time it disconnects and has poor battery life). Other than the cost of the equipment though it's been pretty reliable. System issues have been very few as well, I only remember once in the last 2 years its gone down.

★★☆☆☆ DO NOT USE SQUARE. I had been using them since 2009 I was happy till now. It's 2025, and I did a transaction for $3819.00 and the square team took it upon themselves to remove it from my account and when I called I was told it was due to an account review. I informed them that I was unable to do business due to lack of funds and was told there was nothing they could do about it and the money would be returned in 24 hours. Now it's been 30 hours and im still getting multiple excuses and no help!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Would be great if it wasn't for so many bugs. Switched my business to square, and I've regretted it since. You can't create new clients at all, it forces you to import them from contacts which doesn't work half the time, and trying to create a customer in the app just gives error codes. Often invoices won't load or send, and the custom items rarely show up as they're supposed to. Due to bugs it often takes hours to write an invoice with a paragraph in it
