Great App Norton 360 updated yesterday. 7.08.2026 Dark Web worked. Unfortunately, every time I turn my Samsung phones off. Samsung Galaxy A26 5G. When restarted Dark Web service not available. I have reinstalled app no difference. Cleared data no difference. Cleared catche no difference.

After receiving update today 3.08.26 Dark web monitoring still does not connect to server. Cannot download my data. Service unavailable. This is a great App. I have had Norton for years. The fault is dragging it down.

Standard antivirus however, I need a feature that prevents people from being able to clone your phone. Because I handed mine off to an I. T professional at ubreakitifixit and she planted spyware on my phone I had to factory reset it

On July 20, 2026 I paid $110.+ Directly to Norton for a yearly subscription for Norton360 AntiVirus and Security. I had a 60 guaranteed to cancel for a refund. The next day I requested a Cancelation which was confirmed by Norton Representative. Today, July 21, 2026 I noticed my bank had paid Norton %70.00 from my Debit Card, and $49.99 on My credit card. I called Norton and requested a refund since I had cancelled the subscription on July 20th,2026. Norton Refused to refund My money. .

Company is starting to. Norton offered me a free driver app I installed the app and was installing updates, now my computer no longer works. I called yesterday for someone to help me fix it, they made me wait until the next day for a call back. I scheduled the call back, 30 minutes after expecting a call back I decided to call the company. They did not inform me until I called that they had rescheduled my call back appointment. I just got home from a 12-hour shift and am now having to stay up.
