The airport shuttle showed up at hotel over 4 hrs before boarding. Tried to reschedule. Couldn't help us we missed shuttle and had to get taxi. Why would it be scheduled 4 hrs in advance. Would like our $26.00 returned to us please advise

Easy to book flights and cars, but if you make a mistake, catch it ASAP to then cancel the flight and re-book it.

I will not book through Velocity or Expedia again. I changed my trip dates, shortened my stay and was told I would be reimbursed for half of the stay. It hasn't happened. I talked to them on the phone two times for at least 15 minutes, after struggling to speak to someone. I was told on both occasions that they notified the Hotel, the Hotel says they Expedia/Velocity did not change the dates. I checked out of the Hotel and was still charged for the full trip. Both say talk to the other.

They had no record of our booking at the hotel. Don't trust that Velocity has you covered. If it hadn't been for an amazing hotel staff we would've been without a room late at night.

This company stole $700 from me 11 years ago. I was supposed to get a flight credit because I had to cancel a Bahamas trip, and they insisted you only could do it until a certain date. They insisted you had to actually book the flight with a customer service rep, and I tried doing it like five times, and they kept hanging up on me. I used to use their company all the time and after that I never used them again. What a garbage way to run a business.
