It's a bad company for food. They have Indian couriers who delay orders regardless of the neighborhood and the food arrives spoiled. I just cancelled the order just because of this.

When Wolt used to work mainly with Albanian couriers, the service was much better and more reliable. The couriers were professional, knew the locations, and communicated properly. Since they started hiring more Indian couriers, my experience has changed completely. Many of them struggle to find the correct location, have difficulty communicating in English, and my orders are almost always delivered late. Wolt seriously needs to improve its courier service and make sure drivers know the area an
