Turned up to the Hyatt Regency in Sydney looking forward to staying in our harbor view room for a romantic weekend with my wife to find that there was no booking. Luckily I was already on the phone trying to get a refund from motif for the airport transfer that turned up 1 hour late and wouldn't take us to our hotel because they are also useless. Needless to say Motif couldn't help me with the hotel booking I had paid for, and I had to rebook and pay again for a room with a view of a car park.

Disappointing.... I have booked with whotif before and have been pleased.... Just be aware if you need to change the dates gets expensive 😞.... I was booking one night accommodation... I booked right dates but realized it was July not October...got Right back on chat to change.... So to change they charged 325 penalties....so one night has cost 700... Rang call center nothing can be done....just be aware... Won't be dealing with this site again.
