Are you kidding me the worst customer service impossible to get a hold of and when you do agents basically ignore your issue and close the chat automatically without resolving anything? It's 2026 and your service operates like this wow always use this app and the second I have an issue caused by your courier now I have to pay twice, so I can order using my balance insane uninstalling didi and just going to stick to Uber eats at least I know there customer service is competent

I ordered food from this application, and it gave a two-hour ETA for delivery. Even after two hours, the order hasn't been accepted by the restaurant.

I couldn't possibly recall every way this app has failed me. It's simply awful. And good luck figuring out how to contact anyone if you're having trouble with your order. They also pay their drivers peanuts, so they aren't happy, either. I recommend just finding a good deliverer and asking if you can text him directly with your order. I have three personal deliverers now who know what I like, and it's heavenly.

Caution buyer beware: cancellation procedure on this apt but not notified: when canceling a substitute item not ordered and unwanted then u still have to pay for the unwanted item and Didi keeps the product doesn't deliver and charges you for it anyway so if for any reason u get a substitute do not cancel simply accept the un wanted items because u still going to get charged for them either you receive them or not. Didi will keep them and charge u if cancelled
