Retail banking apps are used for daily money management, but many don’t show a running balance per transaction. This forces users to reconstruct their position from individual entries and a single total balance, reducing real-time clarity. While underlying records are accurate, the interface lacks immediate, transaction-level visibility of inflows, outflows, and net position. For essential financial control, clearer, continuous balance tracking should be standard, not optional.

Don't open an account on this bank. I will close my account. The bank does things on your back, is not transparent at all and does not make things easy for you. And I'm not even started on the customer service. 🤦

Poor service when it comes to talking to an actual person. The app is clunky and isn't easy to use. My money is hard-earned, I should have access to it! Shame on you comm bank
