Business Accounts don't give notifications on the phone if you have personal accounts linked also. Edit: They fixed this

Easy for this "Low Tech Larrame" to navigate. Easy to get support when I need it and have shown me great respect, understanding, compassion and empathy as well as their professional qualities. I was with Bendigo bank for years to support local community mostly. I had a wonderful first customer service experience at Southland, when I transferred my income account to Comm Bank. One of three beneficiaries of an inheritance that's passed probate and will be managing all this excite me with Comm Bank.

Edit from three stars to one as the app won't update when transaction are done in accounts like it use to and have to close app and reopen it to see if transaction happened The app is good, but the card is greyed out, and it's hard to read the number on light and dark

Cardless withdraw and deposit when I tried to scan QR code on the Commonwealth ATM screen my app told me to find a Commonwealth ATM and suggest I needed to find one to use that feature I was at the only one there is access to after 5pm on a Saturday afternoon in Townsville. As they removed the only outher branch ATM that were accessible and the outher branch is inside a shopping mall closes access to public at 4:30. Two accessible ATM in the one place. Think b4u remove next time# no back up ATM

They kicked me out of the bank without any explanation, so I think it stinks this app and the bank they treated me like I was a criminal & I didn't like it as it was embarrassing to say the least, & & because they couldn't even give a reason to why they shut my account I now have no clue to what I'm done wrong, I was actually happy with the bank and banking with them until this happened

Poor service when it comes to talking to an actual person. The app is clunky and isn't easy to use. My money is hard-earned, I should have access to it! Shame on you comm bank
