I've NEVER had a problem with this app, although, a great improvement would be an option for a scrambled or randomized keypad for entering PIN/access code. It does have a very small keypad, which is great, but it doesn't hide finger movements from today's HD cameras

The app worked well, but I always get frustrated with getting a code to my phone first to do bank stuff (which all banks do now I assume). I just don't know why I'm getting extra penalized charges backdated taken out of my account I couldn't find my separate accounts history & my ADD got the better of me. Then yay, I found it!

Here's my feedback Comm Bank - How about you don't stop us from using the app when an update of the app is required. Then we won't be fumbling at the checkout trying to download updates, so we can pay for our goods with the app.

With all the new protection they say it has people can still hack your account and the newest option is to use a Comm Bank ATM costs money now. I've been with bank for over 35 years, and now it's a rip-off knowing banks can call police if you withdraw over 20 grand from out of your own account, like its against their law. I quit saving in a bank that requires police alerts. Corrupted bank

2 accounts with CBA, but now CBA will not accept the ID I used to open the CBA accounts. According to the CBA Net banking, my street I have lived in since 1984, doesn't exist anymore. So much for internet banking.
