She assisted me with everything relating to my late brother's account and also identified that I wasn't earning interest in my personal account. Don't open an account on this bank. I will close my account. The bank does things on your back, is not transparent at all and does not make things easy for you. And I'm not even started on the customer service. 🤦

Balances don't update after transferring/paying anymore, have to close the app and reopen to see the current balance

Poor service when it comes to talking to an actual person. The app is clunky and isn't easy to use. My money is hard-earned, I should have access to it! Shame on you comm bank
