5 Stars for having a Tap and Pay option outside of Google Wallet. I opened a Comm bank account and kept my home loan with CBA specifically for this feature. Please never get rid of it.

Easy app, one you know how. If you need help tho, go into the bank because the staff are ever so helpful. Be aware tho, you may have awhile to wait for help (as staff are thin on the ground&working hard to help everyone who needs help)!

In 36 years of using banks and banking I have had the most perfect service from a patient and understanding branch member at the Kilkenny branch in Adelaide, SA. The app WAS really good. But now they have made a change, so I can no longer see all accounts together (they have made an arbitrary split business vs personal accounts) and made it not optional. App is now a dud. Some of us with many accounts like reviewing them in one list, sorted as WE want it. Please change this back CBA or at least make your sorting optional for us.

Yes for some time it was great I can excess bpth my accounts together and I had a pin to excess but now the pin is not working, and it is saying to download update app have done this is this the comm bank app or is this something from goggle and AI help no wonder ther3 are so many with mental disorders Ray

I would like to be able to see past and future BPAY bills on my account. And BPAY billers registered to my account. The BPAY process could be less opaque.
