Honestly the fact that this app is rated is so poorly baffles me. In the last year, and especially since the last update, the app and car booking experience bas improved dramatically. In addition, they bought a bunch of new cars (it's not always a Toyota Prius anymore). For me, I use the Flex cars consistently and buy an unlimited monthly pass and I can't tell you how much I love the convenience of having a car at my fingertips.

I like the option of having a car that's insured for road trips. My only significant complaint is the lack of vetting for membership or retribution for damages done to vehicles. Perhaps, they could just change the app to take pictures before start and before finishing each trip. And like the existing promotions where one gets 15 minutes for using a car that's been parked a while, they could offer weekly fluid & status checks for free time. Overall I love the service. It's really Affordable.

It's very rare that I leave reviews on this app but I would have to say that I am thoroughly disappointed with Communauto. The level of professionalism is poor, the customer care is in existent. It is as if their number is fake because every time I call them im always on hold for 1 hour and give up. On top of that, the app is almost always slow on updating so I keep booking cars to never find them. Please work on the one thing that matters which is customer care as this would help you out vastly

Their service is disastrous. The app always malfunction (e.g., you reserved a car but the car cannot be unlocked, the trip cannot be ended properly, and they charge you for that). When you call them, you have to wait for at least half an hour to get your call answered. Avoid Communauto at all cost!
