Good cars and a really useful rent a car service. However, it would be convenient to leave the car anywhere, like you can do in other countries. More rent spots should be available

A bit difficult to validate international drivers but customer service does its best to get you across the finishing line. Cheaper than regular car rentals if you are aiming at short term use, like going to the supermarket or visiting a tourist attraction close to a train station on the other side of the country. FLEX solves that "last mile" problem of public transportation. My wife has some mobility issues and FLEX improved our prospects of using public transportation in Luxembourg.

Terrible expérience ! Overcharged to an incredible amount do to the distance travelled (90% of the price for a normal distance within Luxembourg). Then they charged me €100 ("forgiving" a €250 additional penalty) for FALSE damage that was placed on me a week later. Finally, they take about 2 months to reply to an email.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing. I installed FLEX because it is backed by CFL, a trusted Luxembourg brand. I paid the €5 registration fee, which is fine, but my driving license still cannot be validated due to a technical error. I contacted support and, after one week, I still have no answer. I couldn't use the service when needed and simply wasted €5. Nonexistent support and a broken registration process. Very disappointing for a service operating under the CFL name.
