Functionalities
Remote programming: features 7-day programming, up to 6 periods per day, allowing you to set a precise schedule adapted to your lifestyle.
Early start: this option allows the thermostat to determine when to start heating to ensure the desired temperature is reached by the time scheduled.
Consumption management: The app generates graphs to help you visualize the energy consumption of each connected device. These graphs show consumption in dollars, kilowatt hours, or percentages over a 24-hour or 30-day period.
Time synchronization: The program established for each of the devices is retained during power outages and the time change is done automatically.
Multiple Locations: Control the heated floors of your house, cottage and more with the same app.
Security: The CONCERTO™ Connect (FLP55) thermostat is encrypted as well as its Internet exchanges to avoid piracy.
E-mail alerts: Receive e-mail alerts when the room temperature is lower or higher than the setpoint entered in the thermostat.
Modes
Frost safe: The thermostat in frost safe mode maintains a temperature of 5 °C (41 °F) for a minimal energy consumption while protecting the home from any damages caused by frost. Ideal for cottages.
Away: The thermostat automatically switches to a predetermined setpoint when the network is put in away mode. Useful during prolonged periods of absence or on prolonged workdays.
Standby: Specially designed for cottages with nonexistent frost risk, this mode allows to deactivate the system completely and avoid unnecessary heating costs.
You must have a Flextherm CONCERTO ™ Connect FLP55 Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostat to use this app. The CONCERTO ™ Connect FLP55 thermostat must also be connected to your home Wi-Fi router before the application can control the settings. Just installed this system two days ago - Thursday, January 14, 2021. While the heated floor will heat and cool, the thermostat only works manually. The cell app is installed and shows what I have programmed into the system to manage the stat for each day of the week, nothing happens via the cell app. I have to assume there is a problem with the software, and it's connectivity to communicate with the stat. So I would like to hear back from the support team to resolve the problem. However, I have endured to see whether I could resolve this issue. As it turns out, the "troubleshooting" section of this "comments section" on the website, offered a possible solution and when the two units don't communicate, the issue could be how the startup was done. Since there is no "start up" procedure that is defined in the paperwork, it needs to be re-written into an SOP for the future buyers of this product. Doing so in a step-by-step process is necessary to preserve the future of what I now think is a very good product. When I turned my cell phone on to "AUTO" everything worked; it had been on "manual". Not knowing that this needed to be done is the fault of the designers and lack of instructions to do so - albeit they assume that everyone "knows" how to do what comes second nature to them. Additionally, when the installation directions are re-written by them, put ALL the installation direction on one sheet. The floor probe installation is poorly described on the booklet entitled "Flex Snap Installation" guide, while the "Green Cable Surfaces" newspaper type sheet has better information on how and where to install the probes. They need to both be updated to say the same thing, so the installer doesn't have to waste time trying to find out where to place them. Having navigated this gauntlet, I am upping my satisfaction on the product. I caution, however, for the staff to please upgrade the instructions - particularly the thermostat information, since it is the primary controller of the very product you're trying to be the best in.

After adding three thermostats for electric in-floor heating, it will no longer allow us to update any of the settings. Anything we try to update just gives an error to try again later.
