It was a great experience when Concord extended the moderate amount of credit through their destiny card. I had a dispute on a few charges. Which they took care of right away. However, the app needs to have a better cardholder control. The billing and statement periods overlap. Making it difficult to make extra payments. I've been on auto-pay from day one. Even tho I set it up for ending bal. Sometimes it only takes min. So, It's frustrating to know what exactly is happening with the payments.WC

Haven't had an issue with the app it works well and does basic function. Recently lost my card and had to call about it, a card lock setting would've been nice all my other card apps have that function 5 stars if it's added in a future update. App feels like bookmark to their website not like a real app, but it works 🤷♂️ only issue I noticed is logging in with vpn if on mobile network it doesn't mind but will not log in if im on vpn and home Wi-Fi.

Sh1++y card. I gave my bank account info for autopsy, but it was not enrolled. Three months of $3.95 MTL fees go by unpaid. I don't know until my credit score dropped 48 points overnight. App is useless, no way to contact except mail or a phone number that is always having technical difficulties. After paying the $11.85 fees plus interest ($29) and wanting enrollment for autopsy started I get slapped with another late payment on my credit. $3 and 26 points. Card CANCELLED VOLUNTARILY!!

1 star when late on ur bill they will harass you and there two high charge high monthly fee so when I'm done paying them am close all 3 of my credit card in be done with them in keep call ur phone cuz you late they are spammer don't sign up for them
