Conferma is a cashless solution that brings secure, virtual payment cards to your mobile device for business purchases. Create single-use or recurring budget cards from a centralised account that your employees can use for online, in-app, or contactless payments via Google Pay. Manage business expenses such as travel bookings efficiently, and capture receipts on-the-go—all within one app. Apply advanced controls and authorisation rules to prevent fraudulent transactions and mitigate misuse and losses.
Who is Conferma for?
Conferma enables employees and contractors to use virtual payment cards for any approved business expense and is ideal for businesses of all sizes.
Create or request virtual cards.
Virtual payment cards can be requested by app users in accordance with your company’s pre-defined policies. Push notifications immediately notify finance managers or approvers of new virtual card requests. Once approved, virtual payment cards are sent directly to your mobile device. Alternatively, finance managers or administrators can create and push pre-configured cards directly to employees and contractors, without need for individual requests.
Review Spending
Capture and upload pictures of receipts, and review colour-coded transactions based on spend categories. Notifications remind you to upload your receipts, which are then matched and attached to your transactions in a paperless process. Allocate post-spend reviewers to review and approve spending in line with your company’s pre-defined policies. Visibility of corporate spend With Conferma, all spend data flows back to a single centralised account, so that you have complete visibility of virtual card creation and usage. Automated reconciliation against bank data makes the process seamless. Apply custom data fields such as employee ID, department or project to help efficiently track, review and report on company spend.

Use confirma for work. My employer changed how we use hotels and asked us to utilize this tool. Most hotels use it with no problems. Sometimes they have to get a senior employee who is familiar. Generally no problems and I just have to make sure there is a copy if receipt picked up for records.

After using this app for several years for work hotel payments apparently it is no longer compatible with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10). Unsure why the sudden change but it's clearly no longer fit for purpose.

It used to work fine, but now it keeps telling me my username or password is wrong. I change password, it works for a minute and the next time we're back to it again. Looks like I have to keep asking change password

Every time when I leave the app and go back to key in the verification code, it will show me an error, and I can't log in for at least 15 min. Very bad design. I need another device to check the verification code and key in. As we are on the move so is very difficult for us to get another device. And once I log in, it doesn't stay log in. I have to log in and verify every time I log in.
