This broadband connection stops working quite frequently due to technical glitch, and the majority of the time I have to suffer for long hours without internet due to their abrupt technical upgrade, without any prior notification. The app itself is useless, the only thing you can do is to pay your bill. You cannot even file a complaint because if you try to you'll get the message saying connection is down due to maintenance. And once the timer for the maintenance is about to be up, they extend it.

Connect broadband has worst network. Every two weeks the router shows red light blinking. Every time technician come and says it will not happen next time, but it always happens repeatedly
