App works pretty well. Would be really useful if you could export train tickets directly into Google Wallet like you can on iPhones. I know you can use an image to add this into Google Wallet, but this isn't ideal.

Poor. Doesn't synch bookings! Usually have to reinstall the app to get latest bookings. Hate it. As a corporate user, we want things to work and hate the inconvenience of having to have two devices on the go.

I have been using this app fine as need to book travel daily for work, & all of a sudden, as of yesterday, I can no longer book any travel. It either shows me past tickets with no option to book new ones. Or when that finally goes & Make a Booking button reappears, you click on it, & nothing happens. I have to be able to rely on this app as I do not always have access to a PC to book travel as my company pay it. I am really disappointed. I have checked for updates and reinstalled the app lots

Horrible UX. Doesn't store your search inputs, so you have to keep re inputting your information if you try and go back. Also takes ages for your tickets to show in the app after booking leading to stressful moments waiting for your ticket as your train about to depart if you didn't book in advance
