I live in Pearland near Dawson High School. I noticed a problem with a street sign on Cullen that was twisted around, facing the wrong direction. I took a picture and sent in a report. I was kept updated on the problem and its resolution. After it was fixed, they sent me a picture of the repair made. I've had no problems. I think this is a great way to notify the City of situations around town.

When trying to report exact location of potholes, put in any address on Harkey Rd, map goes to 15031 Harkey Rd, Pearland, TX. For example, 2926 or 2900 Harkey Rd. 3015 Harkey Rd changes to 6024 Fite Rd. So, instead of typing in the address, I tap the map to drop the marker on the spot, which it does, however the address indicated is wrong. Drop marker in the middle of Harkey just north of Bardet, says the address is 2731 W Oaks Cir E, Pearland. Can't even "Report A Bug" on the app it's so buggy!

Not upto Pearland Quality Tried several times to report bandit signs. Filled in all boxes. Refused to send because "red lined area" needed information. No "red lined boxes" found. No place to describe issue being reported.
