The app is so much better. Fast, quick, and easy remote deposits. I can pay bills, transfer funds, see statements, and mortgage accounts on the summary nicely. Also, I can see my kids' youth accounts on ny account summary screen, which is very convenient. Highly recommend. Connex tends toʻ have higher interest on savings than bigger banks. ♡

I love the convenience of being able to check and manage my accounts without having to go into a branch. I also like being able to deposit checks using the app. It is glitchy sometimes, but I am usually able to complete the deposit.

This app is terrible. I can never log in, when I can, it kicks me off within a few moments for inactivity even if I am in the middle of depositing a check! It also takes a long time for checks to go through.

Connex rejects check because the words mobile deposit is not writing. When you follow the instructions connex offers, it gets reject again because connex states the word mobile deposit CONNEX was not writing. Make up your MIND connex. Please tell us members how connex wants it writing. Each time we get wacked $2.00. It's not fair for us if you failed to tell us how to endorse the check.

It's ok. But, it really needs better support for joint accounts. Also, the log in with native password manager is broken. So, managing two accounts is a nightmare with this app. Developer, if you're reading this, please. I'm begging you to fix this.

I'm about to change banks this app and the website are so bad. It's always wanting to CALL to verify it's me. It won't text or email now. And the keypad on the phone call is NOT registering, so I cannot be verified. It never saves my login either.

Nov. 2022 and still, Every single time I try to deposit a check it always 100% of the time asks me to look at the picture. Seriously annoying. And since it still does it after my last review I'm giving it a lower rating. And still happening after over a year.
