Best Govt app I've ever come across, I purchased a product worth 10K from Amazon and requested for pickup. Pickup was done next day but they kept refusing that they haven't recieved the product though it was picked by their team memeber. I chased them for more than 25 days but they said they can't refund as they haven't received the product. I upload all the necessary details in the app along with proofs and it got processed within 3 days. It was a great help, thank you.

Don't waste your time in this app. They are not going to help you. All they would say is that your complaint doesn't come under consumer greivience. They are lazy to take any action.

It's just waste of time because company disposed off the complain without resolving the issues. No power in consumer helpline or executives. Airtel closed 3000367 docket without resolving the issue and again I rasied the concern then again disposed off the docket. It's better to send legal notice directly rather then raising complains on consumer forum helpine because we do not getting any support from it.

This system is just a postman to send your grievamce to the concerned party. It does not intervene or add any value in grievance resolution. Waste of time and useless procedure to have grievenace redressal.
