Can't say I've had any problems with connectivity, etc. Notifications that the alarm has been set/unset are realtime. I need to know if there is something I can do about the phone notification when the alarm is activated. Thankfully for us, this has always been a false alarm but the noise and volume that the app makes on my phone is horrendous. Yes, I want to know it happened. Yes, I want to know quickly. But no, I don't think it's essential that everyone within 200 m should also have to know!

The Panic Alarm button is shown by default, labelled PA. Very easy to press it by mistake as it's next to the info button. No confirmation is required, so the police respond, and you've lost one of your two permitted false alarms per annum. Suggest the PA button is not shown by default. And introduce a "confirm" function if it is pressed.

I had a similar problem to some about no notifications coming through. But sorted it now. Went into App info. Then cleared the cache and storage. Uninstalled and then re-installed. Filled in all my details which I had made a note of previously. Then checked that all notifications were allowed. It then works!

Can't fault this app. It's responsive and quick to use the main features. E.g. it takes 2 taps and all of 5 seconds to disarm my alarm system. Push notifications seem to be reliable too.

Hardly ever connects, so the app is pretty useless for me. It always takes more than 10 attempts, so I usually give up. I then have to set my alarm via the panel or remote instead.

App is laggy, 75% doesn't connect, when connected drops after 5 keystrokes, doesn't give pop-ups for alarms. Utterly useless. Considering replacing the ORSEC alarm for something else that will give the functionality I need.

Totally Useless alarm and software. Secom installed my ORSEC alarm which isn't fit for purpose. Sensors keep failing, and when you omit them, you can't arm the alarm. A Wi-Fi unit had to be fitted as the unit would just go offline for a few days when using the mobile SIM card. Secom is a USELESS company as well. It's all getting ripped out and replaced with something that ACTUALLY works!!! One star is being too kind as well. Deserves -5.

Notifications are hit-and-miss. Both my wife and I have the app installed, I'll turn the alarm off at night, get a notification 5 minutes later, and my wifes phone won't get one. This morning, turned the alarm off and wife's phone received alert after 8 minutes, my phone didn't, too many occasions, we'll both receive no notifications. Go on holiday and get burgled, and you'll never know. Contacted app support and was told to contact the supplier, arranged a visit and no show. I wonder why.
