ORSEC products are amazing and love all their equipment. The app works perfectly, but it definitely is their weakest point. They need a good developer to make the UI better and more modern, make it a bit quicker and WITHOUT a doubt change it to "Control Plus" not "control Plus" missing the capital is frustrating. Starting using this app yesterday. The Instant alert if the Alarm is activated is great and there appears to be lots of settings and features. It's just a shame that the app interface looks and feels very old. Please make it look sleek and modern (with the option of a dark theme) in readiness for your next update. I'm sure an improvement would also encourage people to purchase a new system. Thanks.

Not good. It disconnects when you switch to another app and after that notifications don't work at all (so if your alarm goes off you get nothing) and when you return to the app or re-run it won't connect at all unless you foreclose the app first. The iPhone version works a lot better, although it does not work on my iPad Mini.

Not user-friendly. Never connects before 3rd attempt. Sometimes sends notifications immediately and sometimes only all at same time when phone is unlocked making it useless as monitoring app. Have a very stable 65mbs fiber connection. Problem with app not S20 or internet connection. Has become even worse. Lately it clears the zones set to be monitored. So while at home you under impression that zones as monitored while app cleared all. Very dangerous app to depend on. Could cost you your life.

Absolutely rubbish! Stuggles to connect to the panel more often than not and when you press to change something it's sooo slow to respond that you press it again!
