This has been a great app and a WONDERFUL company! We pre-book our trips in advance as far ahead as possible and do that on this app. Very happy with yellow cab, they have dealt with us a lot lately, and we are grateful for the amazing customer service, awesome drivers and our safe rides to work! Words of advice for other clients... Book cab enough in advance in case they run behind....because they do, and it's not their fault. They can not control the time other clients take. Thx YC!

Somehow deleted the app, the app only has a sign-up option. I tried making a new account since it won't let me log into mine (it says the email is already being used, but it only has the option to sign up). But to make a new account it sends a code to my phone to verify. But it says the number is in use also. So apparently there's nothing I can do to get logged in either my original account or creating a new one, so this app is literally just a wasting away now.

You want $24 for a one-way trip that only 7 miles? Is the cab paved in gold or do your cab drivers now have customer service skills. Either way that's too much money for a ride.
