Great location here in Covington. I eat here a few times a month and food is always excellent! Nice feel at this location with the new decor which has a much different feel than Copelands in the past. Food is sooo good for the price.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a to go order of Crab cake & Shrimp Alfredo. However, there was no shrimp in my sauce. All I got was pasta and crab cakes with a side of sauce and no shrimp. I called and spoke to Brian who told me it may have got mixed up with the order that had an extra sauce and to bring the wrong order back and swap for a new one, which I am unable to do until after 5 and also a huge inconvenience. Will not be eating here again....

Cannot add receipt or use app to add points for rewards. Kinda sucks. I don't always have the physical card with me when I dine.

I tried to register my lagniappe card when I signed up in the app, but it doesn't work. There's no point using this app if I can't use my lagniappe card.
