It's super easy, and you get the results sometimes faster than your Dr does. The system crashes sending messages. It does not save message as you go it, so you need to start over. It happens, so often I write in Word and copy and paste into App. It took 3 tries to send my last 2 messages. When ordering meds it goes all the way through. Then if you do not receive confirmation. You need to do it all again. Last med order took 5 days to get in. Login screen is not user-friendly. Click login. Then login with biometrics then use fingerprint. Default to last option

Constantly have to manually log in, freezes, doesn't allow you to email the doctor specifically, nor make appointments by calendar. This app needs a large improvement. Have noticed these same things since Core well bought out Beaumont.

Stops me from taking screenshots and confusing login screen. I get security, but not at the expense of usability!! How hard it is to log in should be secure enough.
