Cork city took 20 euro from my account when I topped up, and it never went through

It charges 1 euro per top-up, doesn't allow for choosing the duration, and the status display is poor. They should look at Dublin's parking app and copy it because it's much better.

Terrible app and seems like a racket. It randomly stopped working one day, so I reinstalled and had to reset my password, the reset link doesn't work, so now I have credit on my account that I can't access. This app should not be the primary app used in any city. Will start using the scratch tickets from local shops instead of this.

The app won't let me delete my old car and register my new car as my primary vehicle. Twice I have accidentally parked my old car and gotten a parking ticket on one of those occasions.
