Why is it that I can't take screenshoots of my work orders on my android but have no problem taking screenshoots on my iPhone. Very inconvenient when I have to reach out to a vendor directly about a work order and have to look for the work order through the list. Please enable android users to take screenshoots when you're a mobile tech and constantly on the go this option makes things work smoothly

Bad interface; I didn't think they could make something worse than the website, but here it is. Obviously designed by someone who's never taken a service call. Constant app crash and freezing when gps enabled. Constant nag screen when gps turned off.

Absolutely the worst app to try and work with. It's unstable, vactially will cost you to lose 150 hours of productive labor every year waiting for the app.
