As a service tech, I don't experience many issues with this app. I would suggest adding a second "signature" screen, so customers can print their name. Additionally, it'd be great to have the option to see active status on work orders (such as en route and working) on the notification bar. I often forget to pause work orders, but I'll always see notifications.

Large Mechanical Contractor We have been using Intuit Field Service Management for QuickBooks for two months and "We Love it". It is one of the best Field Service Management service we have found. We have tested many others over the last 15 years this is the Best of All we have found. Try it for 30 Days you will Love It! Usage: Large Commercial Mechanical Contractor. What We Don't Like: Please make it, so it Sync the QuickBooks Invoice Templates or Give an Option to Edit the Invoice Templates & Work Order Print Template under Setting

Forced Log out.... It is a real issue and Intuit is silent. Cannot trust this app. Once it does the forced lock out....it can be hell to correct. It must be related to auto login and resources it has access to in Android. Something in Android is not clearing when you delete and reload. Intuit needs a work around that gives the user a way to override and allow the user to logout. If I can send feedback and close the app.... I need a way to force a log-out. Error says logged out but it is not

DON'T build your business around this service. We chose it because of the Intuit branding, but it seems to be just a rebranded older version of Corrido's work order management software that's still stuck in 2012. When Intuit makes changes to their API, the service isn't updated until a day or two AFTER something breaks. There are broken links in the web app that have never been fixed after JLL acquired Corrie in 2015. The support agents are polite, but don't seem familiar with the product.

Why can't I change the sorting for the completed calls I have to scroll through over 800 calls to get to the call I just completed. FIX THAT!!!! I need to be able to change the color of a call other than red. Need to edit notes and pictures on my tablet.
