Going the extra mile After upgrading my phones I was unable to load the WorkTrack App on the new kyocera Rise as it was not showing on the App store due to phone requirement restrictions. I was however given a work around within a couple of days of reporting this to our tech support agent. I am happy to write a review for a company that called me with instructions on how to configure my phone to accept an emailed version of the program even though they could have given me the simple answer of we are not affiliated with Kyocera. You guys went above and beyond what was expected of you to resolve an issue that would have cost me $400 dollars per phone to resolve on my own. THANK YOU Corrigo!

Needs more. Can't create work orders from phone or lookup existing customers unless you don't have a work order already. Needs full functions as on the blackberry.
