Awesome app makes a couriers job very easy it is a must-have app for couriers!

Good app for the job There are only 2 things that I don't like about this app. 1.... It is only available for Android, and 2..... When getting a signature, if the person hands me back my phone, and they happen to tilt the phone or turn it slightly, the signature gets erased.

First-rate I have been a cc user for the past 12 years. This app is a game changer. Sig's capture is excellent. You must have cc software already as well as your url to synch to your database, or it won't work. Also people having crash issues are using older phones. I have a few drivers that have experienced that issue. Works great with new galaxys as I have 30 plus in service now.

This app will not start.constantly crashing. Now I have been trying to log in for 4 days now gives me the logging in sign will not go past logging in

Since using this app its ben nothing but trouble ots broken more than it works and even if it works it's not the best I am not sure what's wrong with it but its bever stays open as I use it and every time I need to check for pus I have to keep logging into it and when signing in it says invalid driver number or pw which is incorrect as iv done it 3 xs and same thing and we the drivers that use the app for we can technology is overrated.

It works great here and there but very often it does not update my screen and I got to into setting to check off and check the background update again and/or restart device. Also, it will not update dispatchers screen as he complaints often about it, even if I had already delivered something and fee mins gone by. Maybe needs software update to fix bugs? That be awesome, thanks.🙂
