For the past few days on my ID the orders has been automatically being received before I confirmed it (means before I can see the orders details the orders is being automatically received by itself) and I am not getting any time to confirm it. Even there is no work zone, for bicycle ride allocate long distance order which is very difficult for a bicycle rider.

I can't finish the verification process even though I've uploaded all the papers needed. They say I will get an email, the email just rerouted me to the starting verification page, where I can do nothing because I have uploaded everything already. There are no support address or number, 404 errors everywhere on the support pages, I don't know what to do.
