I've been with Cove for five years now. I love the system. It works great for my needs. I've only had to call customer service maybe three times. They're on top of my concerns and send out replacements when needed. I only gave four stars because I no longer have camera access through their app. I've since had to replace all the Kami cameras with EUF, which is so much better, but I shouldn't have to have two separate apps for all my security needs. It's also not a huge deal.

App hasn't been updated in 4 years, takes Forever! To load the cameras. Recently the cameras stopped working altogether. Customer service advised me to use a different app to view my cameras. I triggered the alarm twice in the last month and received no call about it. But today they called about a missed payment. What exactly am I paying for if I need to use another app for the cameras, and I don't get a call when an alarm is triggered.

Horrible camera load time, even worse customer service, doorbell camera hasn't connected since day 1 with no help or replacement and to top it all off, they are continuing this app and replacing it with the EUF line which is not only NOT cross compatible, but they also will not discount any upgraded equipment.... Wish I could give it a 0.01 just because it is cheap, but you get what you pay for!!

Like so many others in the comments, the app stopped working weeks ago. Customer service is no help. In fact, they try to put the blame on the customer, insinuating that our phones aren't up-to-date (I have the app on 2 phones, and both are up-to-date). It's the Cove app that is outdated. According to the Google Play Store, the app was updated 08 December 2021! I have 3 cameras, none of which can be viewed via the app. I'm paying for a useless system. Cove needs to read these reviews!
