Unable to disconnect a band for a new one. Reinstalled app. Now I can't even receive OTP after multiple attempts for roughly 30 mins.

Stupid app doesn't connect to the band after I disconnect. No matter how much I try, it just says connecting to the band,,,, And never connect. I restarted my phone, I even troubleshooted the Bluetooth on my phone. (Android phone Techno Spark 6 go: Android 10)
