The Panoramic Wifi App gives you control over your home network like you have never seen before. It enhances your in-home wifi experience from Cox with new levels of personalization and control. Your app lets you easily manage all sorts of wifi options, including the ability to pause devices, set simple device names and see the top bandwidth users. You can manage your family by setting profiles, pausing wifi for dinner or bedtime as well as easier troubleshooting.
The Panoramic Wifi App is required for installation of Panoramic Wifi Pods.
Key App Features: - Cox User ID: No extra passwords to remember, just control with your Cox Primary User ID and Password - Manage your wifi network name and password. - Device Naming: See what devices are connected to your wifi network and give them nicknames for easy reference. - Profiles: Create profiles, like one for each family member, and assign devices to profiles - Parental Control: Manage device profiles to set bed times or limit when the internet can be accessed. I didn't have Cox for over 20 years due to a experience that I won't rehash. 6 yrs ago I moved from V.B., VA to Norfolk, VA and Cox was my only option, so I decided to give them another chance & we'd switch to Metro and unhappy with Cox when they got here. Metro has been here for a couple of yrs now, I AM KEEPING COX! We've had very few problems & any we've had have been resolved quickly and painlessly. They have an easy chatbot that can help with most things & also a human if needed. ❤

Updates but will NOT install. Tried all Cox's (try this try that), solutions; and Surprisingly They Didn't Work (I'm Shocked?)! I've had (the Most hated ISP Comcast) XFinity at another location working without problems for 20+ years but now (1 location) with COX and (ohhh gee it doesn't Install?) TOO BAD!

We've had more outages, more problems with the Wi-Fi than any other company we've ever had service with. I'm not happy with the service at all

I have the Cox distribution box on my property and constantly have to deal with the fiber Internet dropping out and having to reset all my devices

When I try to log in it takes me to the Cox website on the browser. After I log in it jumps me back to the app. But never lets me log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. It is VERY frustrating!!! 😡
