The Panoramic Wifi App gives you control over your home network like you have never seen before. It enhances your in-home wifi experience from Cox with new levels of personalization and control. Your app lets you easily manage all sorts of wifi options, including the ability to pause devices, set simple device names and see the top bandwidth users. You can manage your family by setting profiles, pausing wifi for dinner or bedtime as well as easier troubleshooting.
The Panoramic Wifi App is required for installation of Panoramic Wifi Pods.
Key App Features: - Cox User ID: No extra passwords to remember, just control with your Cox Primary User ID and Password - Manage your wifi network name and password. - Device Naming: See what devices are connected to your wifi network and give them nicknames for easy reference. - Profiles: Create profiles, like one for each family member, and assign devices to profiles - Parental Control: Manage device profiles to set bed times or limit when the internet can be accessed. Have been with Cox many years. Best internet if you like speed and have lots of devices. Wish fiber to 5 gigs for home was available. The service is more knowledgeable and the last 5 years trouble free.

Never had any problems with Cox. Have been reliable for me for 7 years now. Only had one reasonable price increase in that time, like $8 per month, and even then my speed increased a bit. ATT before was nothing but problems. I'm happy where I am.

This app is absolutely the biggest POS I have ever encountered, and I regularly use Home Depot and lowes. I can't get past sign in. it loops me right back, it's like the tech version of groundhog day only I'm trying to get in and secure my router. I might as well try to discuss philosophy with a fence post. And if this was a new thing that'd be different, but I'm in year two and for all the freaking money they have pulled out of the consumers you'd think they might fix the damn thing

It doesn't work, at least for me, after you upgrade to a new router. The router and home network are fine. I can see the network through the COX general app and on the COX website. But, the COX panoramic Wi-Fi app just gives an error message that the "gateway needs to be reactivated." I've restarted everything, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, worked with tech support - nothing. It's been over a week, so it's not a timing issue for the network to catch up. Bottom line - app is unusable.
