★★★★★ The app is ok, but cox sucks for billing practices. I have the ridiculous amount of 321 automatically debited from my account every month. This month I was changing some bank things do I paid the bill early. Account has a zero balance but they tried the auto payment on the due date and the payment was rejected, and I got charged a 25 dollar fee. How lame. You get penalized for paying a bill early. Lol. Unfortunately they have my community under lock, and they are the only cable co available here

★★★★★ Cox Contour TV service is a very expensive w a y to watch live-streaming TV anywhere and at anytime as long as you are connected to the internet at this time in 5G all the channels and programs are not listed but what I believe in my opinion is they are doing more for the national link for United States Communications and satellites is in some of the other networks for civilian use it is very compatible with the iPhone

★★☆☆☆ Is TVgo a new feature? I used to be able to stream baseball games at work and all of a sudden it's saying I have to be on my home Wi-Fi? Only channels that are TVgo are accessible on the contour app. This is a horrible change. I'm really upset about it. Just make all the channels available outside the home. I'm already paying for the service, I should be able to watch where I want to 😡

★★☆☆☆ By far the worst app for streaming when not home which is the point to have these apps. You can't watch half your channels when you're not at home and can't watch the other half if you're out of the country even with a VPN.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE: New version (7.5.1.0) still doesn't work. Maybe they should try on their devices. Unable to tell that I am at home or something and won't play. Reinstalled version 6.9.0.007 (2x gen ago) again and can watch live tv and use guide. Updated app, just in case now will not play anything and gives an error 0 when trying to start anything from the menu. Recorded shows play just nothing live. Apps work fine on Spectrum, come on COX!!
