I'm loving the speed, no boxes, and being able to use my own devices (down from 4 remotes to just 1). I would like on the guide section or somewhere in setting fit a place for favorite channels, that way I can go straight to the channels I watch most.....hoping this is addressed soon. Also, I can't find the CW shows that I try to record because when I go to the guide and back up it goes from 305 to 307....... No 306?

Great experience with the app overall... dvr works great, just needs a better way to categorize your recordings. Gets annoying having to scan through everything to find something in particular. With unlimited dvr your collection can get large fairly quick, so a better way to categorize is a no-brainer... also, if you have auto updates off on your device (phone/tv), make sure you keep an eye out and keep it updated, because the guide gets weird sometimes until update on "Onn4kStreamBox"

Works good so far. The only thing you guys need to work on across all platforms is flagging what is new and repeat. I have loads of shows that record all because you don't have them flagged like you do on the normal boxes. Causes us to figure out what to watch new and not. It's set on new, but you don't have the shows flagged please work on this. Also on the fire stick the audio on your app gets out of sync sometimes too. That's our only issues so far. Thanks!

I had high hopes for fi TV, but there are still so many kinks to work out. From the ANDROID phone app, the ability to record a series is missing, and if you accidentally hit record on something there is no way to undo it. The app from the fire stick or android TV is just not user-friendly and has a lot of issues. The profiles were released before they were ready. No reason for profiles if you're going to see everything that everyone has recorded! The back button NEVER WORKS RIGHT. FF freezes, etc

System is so buggy, and we get less channels on timeshift than before. We got rid of HBO to change to app and price did not go down. New app costs more, and we get less for it. I told them I wanted to go back to old equipment and the wouldn't allow. They said they can't fix my channels to match because they can only give what the app providers give. I'm sure it's just what epb chose, and they're lying. There is also a bug where history Channel names are in Spanish. They're not trying.

I definitely would not recommend EPB to anyone anymore. The old system was very user-friendly. We were having minor problem, and they recommended us switching to the app. I spoke to a manager 1st, and he promised we could go back if we were unhappy. WRONG. He lied to us. They wouldn’t let us. The new app is not using friendly at all. The screen font is so small you can hardly read it. That is just one of many problems with it. I can’t list them all. Don’t let them talk you into the switch.
